- Well as long ans the car isn't in horrible condition, then yes, you could sell it to us and then we would resell it to someone else. That's the glory of having part of a market economy. You can buy and sell whenever you want.
- So this Ford F-150 was sold to you by someone? I didn't know you could resell used cars in America.
- A car salesperson is trying to give information to someone about a car that was used, and how reselling is a good thing that a market/mixed economy allows them to do.

- Your restaurant seems to be doing pretty well Uncle Joe. A lot of people come and they really like your food. How do you do it?
- Well John, it's all about supply and demand. We have to make sure we have enough inventory in order to meet our customers needs. Plus, e have the money to buy good-quality ingredients for our food, so its gonna be bomb.
- A teen goes to visit his uncle at his diner in the middle of town and his uncle gives him a little lesson about supply and demand.
