- Good afternoon. Mrs. Smith, this is Ms. Gomez the adviser of you daughter Ana. I would like to talk to you regarding of your daughter.When is you free time for us to meet?
- Hello. Mrs. Gomez. I'm Ms. smith the adviser teacher of your daughter. Thank you for the time and nice to meet you.
- It's my pleasure to meet you too, Ms. Smith. Is there any problem to my daugther?
- No tat all! I would like to talk about the performance of Ana. I saw a potential to her. She is good in my class, she participated and she got a good score in all subjects. She’s trying her best in class discussion and very cooperative. But the problem is, she’s not submitting the projects and she has a lot of absences. I’m very concern about it. It has a big impact on her grades.
- Actually, we have a financial problem. And I guess it can affect her in school performance. she also told me what need to submit, but the problem is we lack of money to buy it.
- Oh i see. I know we're struggling about financial. Ana has a potential and she is very dedicated to her study. As her adviser, i can help her to catch up the missing lesson every time she's been absence but in project hopefully she can submit it. because it has big impact also in her grades.
- Yes, mam. Thank you for the concern. I will do my best to compile all the projects needed and try her to send the school and to avoid absences.
