After being purified at the sweat lodge and deepening his connection with mother earth, a young Nullah is approached by his village elder where he is told that it is time for him to find his spirit helper.
The Vision
His Elder instructed him to find a sacred land of solitude where he can further deepen his bond with the earth. Nullah went searching for many miles for a peaceful place where stay and pray and once he found a sacred place he settled down and began to fast and pray.

Mother!!! I found my spirit helper
Nullah spent many days fasting and praying that his spirit help would reach out to him. Even when it felt like his spirit helper would not come to him he still had faith that eventually his prayer and fasting would lead him into meeting his spirit help in his dream.
The Elder's Interpretation
Eagles symbolize courage, wisdom and strength
On the 4th day of constant praying and fasting Nullah finally met his spirit help in a dream. After many hard days nullah looked to the sky in a beautiful world he saw the spirit of an Eagle. After witnessing this he got up and returned to his village as fast as he can.
A Spirit Eagle!!!
After returning to his village he then greets his mother and excitedly tells her that he has had his vision.
After speaking to his mother Nullah returned to his elder to reveal what the Eagle meant. The elder then tells him that the eagles symbolize courage, wisdom and strength.
