Good evening everybody. Lets head over to the restaurant shall we?
Earnest
Lysistrata
That would be splendid!
Hamlet
We shall travel across this mortal coil to thy restaurant!
Oedipus
*Sighs* ok lets go
Come on hurry up, we mustn't be late to dinner. Its my favorite restaurant!
I really don't see the need to eat with you guys after all the harm I caused to so many people.
Ah, to eat or not to eat, that is the question you must be asking yourself
*Thinks to herself* Oh hush. These silly men.
*Laughs out loud*
*Both Oedipus and Hamlet finally crack a smirk*
Oh Hamlet, stop already we get it, you like to overthink about every little thing. JUST ORDER FOOD!
What to order or what not to order, this is the true question we are all faced with.
In a little town where Oedipus now resides, it was the meeting spot for these four friends who are from various parts of the literary world. As they all arrive at his little house, Earnest and Lysistrata seem the most energetic to go get dinner while Hamlet and Oedipus seem to be unenthusiastic or hesitant about going to dinner.
We shall order whatever we desire the most, expensive or not. We can figure out the bill later on
I can agree with that. I therefore will order the sushi.
Are we all ready to order?
I am unsure what I shall eat, I leave the fate of what I shall eat in the waiters hands.
While the four friends are on their way to dinner, Oedipus starts to question whether or not he should really be going to eat with everyone. Hamlet adds to his doubt by asking his most famous question but in the context of food. Lysistrata stays quiet but thinks to herself while Earnest urges everyone to hurry up because he is happy he is going to his favorite restaurant.
Why what an exciting way to figure this out!
We shall let fate decide on who pays the bill by choosing a number and rolling a dice
Are you sure about this Oedipus?
If you say so...
The four friends finally get to the restaurant and try to decide what to order. Hamlet thinks to deeply about what to order and Lysistrata in a humorous way, snaps at him which lightens the mood.
Why me, I can never catch a break!
BILL
THANKS OEDIPUS!!!
When it is time to order, everyone is still unsure so Earnest makes a suggestion to the table which leads everyone to decide what they want to eat, epically Oedipus as he orders the most expensive item on the menu, sushi. Little did he know this would come back to bite him in the end. As for Hamlet, with his inducive nature, he lets the waiter choose what he gets while everyone else knows what they want the most.
As the four friends enjoy their dinner and conversate with each other, they being to get full. This leads to them try and figure out how they will play for the bill and Oedipus gives a suggestion that everyone agrees to. The friends seem hesitant about the idea but eventually come to agree with the idea.
After choosing numbers and rolling the dice, it was decided. Oedipus would be the one to cover the bill. Not knowing he was destined to pay the bill, he now regrets ordering the sushi which was the most expensive item on the menu. THE END!
