Jack receives a Text message from his Grandma Fiona, and she tells him that she doesn't feel very well.

Jack finds his Grandma in pain and she explains her symptoms to him.

Jack goes into the bathroom to see what medication Grandma Fiona has been taking. He is unsure as to what pain killers Grandma can take safely along with her current medication.

Fiona is in pain and Jack feels pressured to help her, butdoesn't want any complications.

Jack tried calling 111 on her behalf as she is deaf and so struggles with phone calls. However because it isn't an 'Emergency' he has been in the queue for nearly 45 mins.

He decides to google a solution and finds a reliable Chatbot called Pharmabot that gets its information from a reliable source. It quickly allows him to put in the drug names and responses with if they drugs are a safe combination.
