So Marty wouldn't tell the police about what he did, Judd told Marty he could keep Shiloh if he worked for him for 20 hours, Marty could keep Shiloh. After the hours, Judd finally gave Shiloh to Marty and they had become good friends in the end.

I'm finally going to get Shiloh today.
