The roaring 20's was a large era for the u.s. Today I will talk about three of those events starting with automobiles
Automobiles started with the travel of many people. and car sales grew rapidly during the decade. lowering the prices drastically.
but we can thank the industry to henry ford the man who made the ford model t one of the highest selling car in the 20's.
Now the 18 Th amendment happens and the united states goes through a no alcohol period called prohibition.
of course there were ways to get alcohol and that was speakeasies.
but most people didn't care they just wanted a drink.
speakeaisis were high risk places for drinking and you could get in big trouble for being caught.
Now women of the 1920"s this is the year's they got the right to vote and they got anew change of clothes.
we want to vote too!
and a new fad came the flappers which is were women showed more skin and dressed newly with shorter skirts.
And dance marathons became a very popular thing were hundreds of men and women would dannce.
