- There are three branches that make up the government. Judicial, Executive, and Legislative.
- Judicial
- The first branch of the government is Judicial. This branch deals with local courts, state courts, and Supreme Court.

- The second branch of the government is Executive. This is the president and vice-president.
- Legislative
- The third and final branch of the government is Legislative. These people make the laws.
