- We had a discussion with our supervisor telling her about the request for more workers to be hired because the work is too much and we are even working long hours now .It is the third week of no feedback or movement but more poor working conditions .
- Working long hours with short breaks is not healthy more especially if there are no enough workers .When this issue has been resolved ,a shop steward needs to be selected to represent the workers' interests.
- It has been two days after the workers have joined NUMSA trade union, they were recruited by trade union organizer Miss Khumalo and today they will have their first meeting with her in terms of discussing a way forward.
- Mister Smith when I recruited the workers of this company they had concerns that is why they joined the NUMSA , their concerns need to be met .Apparently they reported their requests to the supervisor and they haven't been given feedback
- I heard about the request for more workers to be hired and I will talk with management and we will find a way forward to avoid more harm done.
- One of the roles of trade union organizers is to lead union members in to their efforts and help organize them to be enabled to build their capacity to act so they can help each other .In the meeting the workers were sharing their concerns and problems with Miss Khumalo .She was listening attentively.
- Miss Khumalo is on her way to meet the CEO of GB Plastics ,While on her way she's in deep thought, thinking about how it must've been like to work on such condition more especially because the Plastics produced at this company are quality and in high demand.
- I heard that more workers are coming in today meaning no more long hours and being exhausted everyday!!!!!!!
- I heard that , even though they need to be shown the ropes I am still glad our request was finally granted after weeks of complaining.
- In the meeting Miss Khumalo was letting Mister Smith know about the workers' complaints and Mister Smith was pacing back and forth worried that it might cause them to strike if such continues .
- It's two days after Miss Khumalo had a talk with Mister Smith and it is said that more workers are coming in today to join the company, meaning more workers were hired.
- Workers were talking about the newly hired workers and how glad their request was finally granted and that they were looking forward to better days at work.
