- One day a little boy named Jamal was hungry so he asked his mama if he can have a cookie from the cookie jar. His mama said, Yes, you just let me get the cookie jar. oh no, Im out of cookies. Jamal's face quickly frowned and said, aww , i really wanted a cookie. Jamal walks away sad. But mama had an idea, Jamal, we can make cookies . Jamal turned and smiled.
- Jamal turned really excited because chocolate chips cookies are his favorite.
- Jamal tells his mama, Mama mama! can i help? His mama looked at him with a big smile and said, of course you can. Jamal quickly gets a chair and climbs on saying, im ready . Mama prepares everything and Jamal helps. After their done making the dough they set the cookie dough on a tray, Now that the cookie dough is done, we bake 'em His mama said while putting them in the oven. For a minute Jamal was being impatient, Mom when are the cookies done?. Mother said, you have to be patient and wait.
- After mama they took out the cookies from the oven Jamal took a bite and it didn't taste right... turns out they were burnt. Jamal was upset that the cookies didn't come out right. but at least he would get his cookies soon.
- so mama and Jamal went back to the store to get premade cookies since the oven was stinky.
- Finally Jamal and Mama got home and Jamal was jumping up and downsaying, IM READY FOR THE COOKIES MAMA Mama smiled and handed Jamal the cookies. Mama was tired for the walking back and forward, so mama took a nap while Jamal was eating the cookies on the floor.
