- Charity and Barnum love each other but charity's family see's him as some poor boy that will never make her happy and give her a good life, Charity decides to go with him any way and they go live in New York

- Barnum finds all of his performers and then gets his circus going. All of the circus performers have their first performance.

- The bearded lady and the rest of the circus performers get fed up with Barnum treating them badly and go out into the crowd at the venue as a sign of rebellion. Then on their way back to the circus they attract a riot and the riot burns down the circus.

- Jenny Lind sings the song "Never Enough" in the venue and during the after party Barnum start talking about his success and tells charity's parents to leave, Charity leaves right after being irritated with Barnum.Barnum catches up with her they notice the fire department rushing to his circus and the circus burns down while its burning Barnum rushes in to save Carlyle

- Barnum finally realizes the errors of his ways and start treating the circus performers as people and not objects for fame and money and it shows the audience that you should just treat people like people from the get go because not doing hurts your relationships with those people

- I the final song of the movie Barnum and the performers have a performance in front of a very large crowd with every finally being happy later Barnum leaves the show to Carlyle entrusting the circus to Carlyle because he wants to stay with his family and watch his kids grow up .
