- The war in the past was focused on defeating fascist Germany and its hunger for power. These people wanted to commit mass genocide to have their own pure race, thanks to us (the allied powers) Nazi Germany was defeated and split into two. But despite this victory it still left millions of dead and many countries in shambles.
- This war has left a significant political and economical consequences, such as overthrowing regimes, allocation of resources, and the creation of the US homeland security.
- And now on the war today which is the War on Terrorism, which was ultimately sparked on 911. This is a less traditional war and more of global conflict between many nations, as its being fought by many people. Throughout this war countries have been invaded, missiles have been fired, and controversy of whats okay and whats not in modern society has been talked upon frequently.
- So although both wars were fought on many fronts, aren't particularly conventional and both against terrorists they still have their differences like the reason we started to fight back. This wars left major impacts on the 20th and 21st centuries
