- Well Teresa asked me to help her with French and I said yes. So I have to learn it myself to be able to teach it to her
- Hey dude! Why do you have so many books???
- Ok, so basically you said yes to her one, you probably weren't thinking, and two you probably just want to impress her.
- Thanks for helping me again, I really need this!
- Hey, I thought we were hanging out today, we haven't hung out in while?
- Oh sorry I don't want to get in the way of something.
- Yes a lot! The test is in two days and I have some books at home. So I can just study these next two days.
- Oh sorry man I completely forgot!
- Yep no problem. Have you learned much with the tutoring sessions?

- I lost my best friend because I was more focused on helping Teresa. I was trying to impress her. But I forgot all about Michael. And so I learned that my friendship is more important than some girl
- Well I was helping Teresa study and well I didn't study anything with her. I learned a lesson though, and it has nothing to do with school but it is important
- Ok
- That is a very good lesson that you learned! But unfortunately you are going to have to retake the test. And study this time. You will take it tomorrow.

- And what is that
- Victor comes home from school with a whole bunch of French books. He doesn't know very much French but he already agreed to help Teresa. So he is trying to learn so he can help her.
- Victor has been helping Teresa for two weeks now. He has forgotten to study and all about his best friend. The test is in two days and he thinks that he is going to fail. Micheal gets mad and leaves the room. He is upset because Victor hasn't hung out with him in a long time.
- The day after the test the students get their test back. Mr. Bueller is not impressed with Victor's work. He asks what had happened, and Victor explains. He learns a very important lesson, even though it is not about school. He learns that his best friend is more important than some girl that he has liked, and tried to impress.
