Physical wellness is about how well you take care of your body. It includes nutrition, exercise, diet, etc.
Mental/Emotional Wellness is about how you react to events that happen in your life. Good mental wellness is shown if you handle stress well. The three stages of stress are:Alarm - Your body releases adrenaline and activates fight or flight.Resistance - You deal with the problem and your body feels tired.Exhaustion - If a situation lasts for at least several weeks, your body would stop being able to deal with stress. Some defense mechanisms are denial, escape, displacement, and sublimation.
Flexibility is the range of motion your muscles have.Muscle Endurance is exercising with a low weight for a long period of time.Muscle Strength is exercising with high weight for a short period of time.
