The trainer is teaching future employees and is finishing up their training.

When the trainer asks if anyone has any questions, everybody says no. However, one of the employees did have a question and didn't speak up.
No
Does anyone have any questions?
The employee walks out of training, unsatisfied and with many questions on her mind.
I don't really understand some of the parts he was talking about...
What if I missed something he said?
What if i get hurt?
The employee starts stressing over having unanswered questions and jumps to conclusions.
What if I seriously make a fool of myself?
What if I lose my job?
The employee takes a second to think and realizes that she should speak up and ask the trainer her questions before she ends up hurt.
No, I should go back and ask questions. I may feel a little embarrassed, but it's better than going in blind and getting someone hurt.
The employee asks her questions and the trainer gladly helps her.
