- Assad and government forces reacted violently to this protesting. He killed his own civilians and started his own civil war.

- Assad started to harm his own civilians by destroying his city. Displacing many people from their homes.
- The Civil War in Syria involved Turkey who was allies with the Islamist Rebels, Moderate rebles and Saudia Arabia

- With many country's involved it caused problem like the Kurds being teamed up with the rebels but the rebels teamed up with Turkey.
