- The importance of this right is because people may practice their belief without fear and worry of being arrested, and also continuing the saying that America is a free country. It gives people the freedom to practice freely without the government arresting them providing a safe and free environment.
- Right to Not House Soldiers Third Amendment

- It isn't anymore thanks to the third amendment!
- This amendment is important because it gives freedom to people to not speak or answer questions, and they are not forced to do anything they don't want to do. It allows people to “Plead the fifth” and not say anything that that they don't want to answer, this way, the court must prove it's case without the defendant.
- Unreasonable Search and Seizure Fourth Amendment
- Ha! No way! You don't have any reason to do so, you want to search my home? Go to court and get a warrant.
- This is meant specifically for the people providing defense for themselves In case they needed to act against the government. The other main reason was because after the US finally became independent from the British, the people were worried that if they ever came back, they wouldn’t be able to defend themselves, so therefore they were given the right to bear arms for defense.
- Speedy and Impartial Trial by Jury in Criminal Cases Sixth Amendment
- All rise for the honorable judge Ginsburg!
- Your honor, even though the police found solid evidence against this man, his attorney made a strong case , so therefore we find this man innocent of all charges
- This gives people the right to privacy and right to free will. It was originally made to overturn the quartering act passed by the British when they were still in control.
- YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF ME AND TREAT ME LIKE AN HONORED GUEST
- This is important because of safety for someone in their own home allowing people to feel secure. It also protects them from the government’s intrusion and violation to their privacy.

- This amendment is important because it gives people the right to an attorney and to a fair and equal trial. It allows people to have a chance at proving their innocence.
