- The Nebula turns into a Protostar
- Then the protostar goes through the process of nuclear fusion: a reaction in which two or more atomic nuclei are combined to form one or more different atomic nuclei and subatomic particles
- The High Mass Main Sequence star may have more material, but it burns through it faster due to higher core temperatures caused by greater gravitational forces. While the sun will spend about 10 billion years on the main sequence, a star 10 times as massive will stick around for only 20 million years.
- The High Mass Main Sequence star then over time gets bigger and bigger and become a supergiant.
- Then as time goes on it gets smaller and more compact which causes it to explode, turning it into a Supernova.
- Once done it can either turn into a black hole or a neutron star.
