- The loisels was invited to the ball and matilde don't have anything to wear. so her husband, mr. loisel, bought her a fancy dress. But was missing a fancy jewel to wear. So, her husband suggest to ask her good rich friend, Mme. Forestier.
- The necklace! its gone!
- oh no!
- Matilde decided to borrow a diamond necklace from Mme. Forestier, so that she can look her absolute best at the ball.
- Matilde along with her husband and her bestfriend's necklace, she was the fanciest woman in the ball, impressing everyone around.
- oh dear! that necklace is imitation!
- When the loisels return home from the ball, matilde realizes that she has lost the diamond necklace that Mme. Forestier allowed her to borrow. She looks everywhere and can not seem to find it.
- The loisels found a similar looking necklace in a pawn shop. they slowly paid 34.000 francs for the necklace they paid for 10years.
- After 10years ago of hard work. The loisels finished paying their debts only to find out, that the lost necklace was fake.
