  • Hey, there...live in a depression world is a sucks and tiring aren't they? All things are messed up though you trying hard to put them all in a shapes. I do understand that...
  • ..i might be not anyone to you. But together we can fix this and change our perspective of life. Lets me share with you some interesting ways to overcome your deprression.
  • One of them is, spend time or have a converation with your family or your love one, it will help a lot to boost up your motivation or if you comfort enough, you can meet with a psychotheraphy which is one of effective ways to overcome this matter these day.
  • Do some workout at the gym or any others sport that you use to like before. According to science, a physical activity can produce endorphins. Endorphin is a chemical in the brain that act as a natural painkillers. It improve the ability to sleep and reduces stress.
  • Furthermore, you can make a plan such as go to holidays or trip with your close friends to somewhere peaceful.
  • Last tips that you can apply is please sleep in regularly. Try to keep a regular sleep schedule, keep it balance not too much or little.
  •  Staying up late one night and the sleeping in excessively the next day is surefire way feeding the depression.
