One of them is, spend time or have a converation with your family or your love one, it will help a lot to boost up your motivation or if you comfort enough, you can meet with a psychotheraphy which is one of effective ways to overcome this matter these day.
Do some workout at the gym or any others sport that you use to like before. According to science, a physical activity can produce endorphins. Endorphin is a chemical in the brain that act as a natural painkillers. It improve the ability to sleep and reduces stress.
Furthermore, you can make a plan such as go to holidays or trip with your close friends to somewhere peaceful.
Last tips that you can apply is please sleep in regularly. Try to keep a regular sleep schedule, keep it balance not too much or little.
Staying up late one night and the sleeping in excessively the next day is surefire way feeding the depression.
