- Archduke Franz Ferdinand and Sophie made their way to the Town Hall with their drivers
- Seven Hand Assassins waited at Cumurja Bridge and threw a grenade at the Serbians but the grenade was old and took 10 seconds to blow up
- The Royal Couple escaped and decided to cancel their trip to the Town Hall and was surrounded by security
- At 11:00 a.m. the Archduke decided to make a last minute decision to visit the victims of the explosion
- The driver passed a place called Scillers' and realised he had taken the wrong turn. He stopped and asked for directions.

- Coincidently, a Seven Hand assassin, Princip was eating at Schillers. He shot Sophie in the stomach and Franz Ferdinand in the neck. Both of them died
