- the red coats were sent to watch the colonists because the colonists kept on protesting. the colonists did not like the red coats they were rude to the colonists and often stole from them.

- The colonists had enough, a fight broke out and the colonists threw snowballs filled with rocks. The red coats tried to calm them down.
- The redcoats were afriad and killed 5 people including crispus attucks.
- people didnt want to pay taxes for tea anymore so they made a plan to sneak into the ship and throw the tea over board. This group were called the sons of liberty
- they dressed up as native americans and started their plan and threw the cargo into the water this is know as the boston tea party

- king george the 3rd was angry. Boston habor was closed untill they paid for all the tea they had thrown overboard.
