- The dream is to achieve equality and freedom for the African-Americans who have been discriminated against on the basis of their color in America for ages. It's important to have dreams because without them I feel as if we wouldn't want more in life than our basic needs.
- "Does it dry up like a raisin?" The feeling it's portraying is the dream slowly fading away or the person with this goal is giving up on it due to the obstacles that are blocking this person from achieving their goal.
- My dream is to become a traveling nurse and travel around the world while I'm getting paid to help others in need. My plan on achieving this goal is go to to college, get my degree and find a good job.
