- Hi Nicole. As you talked with Joe 3 months ago, you have been doing great and in January of 2024 we will have the position available to you on our team

- I appreciate that, but I do not appreciate being held back from other opportunities just because the team needs me. It will not help me grow professionally or personally for that matter. I hope we can find a position soon that will meet expectations for the both of us.
- I understand your frustration but I do want to keep you as a part of our team for the great work you are doing.
