- How will this new law help improve my working conditions?
- When dismissed now you will enjoy unemployment benefits. Plus, Fogasa funds will be used in the case your employer cant pay you.
- That sounds good. How about dismissals?
- Can I retire at a reasonable age or do I have to work until I am 100 years old to do so?
- You can retire whenever you want. However, the pension you will receive will depend in how much you have contributed to the system.
- This is fantastic. I finally have the same rights as the other workers!
