- The Indus Valley is located in Pakistan. The civilization started in 1700 BCE. We have a river that's called the Indus River
- Hello my name is Asoka, and I will be your tour guide this evening! Let's take a look of what Indus Valley looked like!
- These are where the Indus people used to live. We would make our roofs stronger than our walls because we would have very hot nights. We also build our jobs in our houses!
- Their bathrooms people stood on a brick 'shower tray' and tipped the clean water over themselves from a jar. In our sewage systems we had dirty water flowing out of the house through pipes into a drain in the street.
- The Indus people discovered a 'Great Bath' in Mohenjo-Daro. It looks like a swimming pool, but may have been a temple where priests and rulers bathed in religious ceremonies.
- Indus traders might have used seals like labels, to show who owned a sack of grain, or that the correct city tax had been paid.
- Indus Valley traders did not use money, so they exchanged goods.
