They will turn in a 5 page essay, present their research to the class utilizing a Storyboard of this type.
  • Wolfgang Amadeaus Mozart was born January 27, 1756 in Saltzburg, Austria to parents, Anna Maria and Leopold, a respected musician.
  • As early as the age of three, Mozart was well-known as a musical child prodigy. He played instruments, composed music and performed for royalty often as a youngster.
  • As a young adult, Mozart spent many hours composing music...
  • ...and practicing the piano.
  • Over the course of his life, Mozart composed many pieces for orchestra, opera, chamber ensembles, and solo instruments.
  • Mozart died on December 5, 1791, at the young age of 35 after a lengthy battle with his health. He was buried a pauper in Vienna, Austria.
