- Glory! What convinced you to commit such a horrendous act?! Sir, you are under arrest for murder!
- I promise! I swear! I truly had some part of me that cared for him!
- You're heading to the slammer!
- How hypocritical of you! You low life- scum! You most certainly should not have the audacity to say you cared for him when your actions told another story!
- Only after being in the slammer for a couple days, the narrator starts seeing the ghost of the old man...
- Sir, is that you?? Is that really you? Or have I conceived this moment?
- Sir! I'm so sorry for what I did! I truly was happy to be with you! Evil has taken over me! Please forgive me!
- Well, you have murdered me. I am only the ghost of who I once was when I was alive. How foolish was I, to believe that all the care you gave me was just an outlet for your dissimulation.
- Your actions will never be undone!
- The only way for me to give back from this dreadful situation is to end this life of mine with the knife I brought from the old man's kitchen.
- I thought that killing him would fill some void within me, but it had only made it bigger. I tried to handle the situation profoundly but guilt has taken over me.
- I've committed such a hideous crime and killed an innocent person. I am most certainly vexed of the insufferable action I made.
- On that day, the life of the old man's killer has no longer continued.
