- Mark is having issues accessing his portal.
- I am so tired of this. Every time I try to register for my portal it is asking for something else.

- Thank you Mary. I was frustrated telling Anita that I am struggling logging into my portal. Using the computer.
- Well Mark, there are two ways to access your portal.
- Two ways?!! I have been trying from my computer for weeks. I am so tired.
- The two ways to access your portal are either an app or on your cell phone or the website link sent to you via an email.
- Email? Cellphone, app? I was not informed of any of those. I thought I could just type the name of my medical center to access.
- ...everything seems so mumbo, jumbo. The lady at the front desk did say something.
- For the cellphone, how does that work?
- You would go to the app store on your phone, download the app. Then follow the prompts to log in. Usually, you would a receive security code to enter for your safety.
- Then after you will be able to access your medical records and receive notifications from your provider.
- It is that simple huh!
