- The First 10 Amendments
- The first amendment amendment is that you have the rights of freedom of speech and religion.
- The second amendment is that you have the rights to own a gun.
- The third amendment is that no person has to pervide a soldier with a home unless they have permission from the owner.
- The fourth amendments says that you should not be searched or anything that is your's or anything in your possession should not be searched without a warrant from a judge.
- The fifth amendment is to protect you if you committed a crime and you go to court you will not go to court for the same crime twice.
- The sixth amendment is to make sure if you go to court you can have the choice of being provided with a lawyer and have assistance of the council for your defense.
- The seventh amendment is for you to have some power if you go to court for a crime.
- The eight amendment is for a criminal to not have harsh punishment for a crime after conviction.
- The ninth amendment is that the people of america should be free and make their own choices.
- The tenth amendment is that any power that is not given to the government it is given to the states and the people.
