- You colonists have been disrespecting the King's wishes for too long, so he has decided to cut you off from all of the other colonies so you have no option but to rely on us. Good day to you all.

- I have called you all here, because, as many of you are aware, Boston has been cut off completely from the rest of the world, so they will need us to send aid. If we don't help right now, we risk all the colonies becoming slaves.
