- Timothy is studying for his knowledge test to get his learners license
- Timothy is taking his knowledge test at a drivers licensing office to get his L, he has brought with him an ID, a parental consent form and the fees for the test.

- While you have your L you can only drive when an experienced driver over the age age of 25 is in the car with you. As well you can't drive between the hours of 12AM and 5AM
- Timothy is practicing driving with his driving instructor from his driver training course.

- After 12 months of driving with a L Timothy is taking his class 7 road test.

- Now that timothy has his N he can drive alone or with one other passenger not including immediate family.

- Since Timothy took a driver training course when he had his L, he can take his class 5 road test to get his full license after only 18 months with his N instead of 24.
