- after a long day at the food court Francis had the biggest stomach ..lets take a look into the digestive system
- im the mouth, i start the whole digestive system and i start the mechanical digestion.The saliva and teeth helps us break down food
- use of mechanical digestion involving the breaking down of food (cutting, grinding, and tearing )
- Enzymes in your body break down food and they speed up the chemical digestion.This happens with salivary glands .
- Next stop is the muscles in your esophagus,which propels food down to your stomach.
- one of the most common symptoms of esophagus problems is heartburn, a burning sensation in the middle of your chest
- following our system, we finally end in the stomach. Your stomach is a muscular organ that digests food. When your stomach receives food it contracts and produces acids and enzymes that break down food.When your stomach has broken down food, it passes it to your small intestine.
- finally it all comes out, the rectum is the lower part of the large intestine It receives waste from the colon and stores it until it passes out of the body through the anus
