- Meet Raindy. He is a water droplet going through his first water cycle.
- Boy, I sure do like my little pond I live in. Wait, why do I fell hot? What is happening to me?
- Solar Radiation evaporated Raindy and turned him from liquid water to water vapor.(gas)
- What's happening to me? I am floating!
- Oh no! I am evaporating!
- Raindy rises up into the air as water vapor with all of his friends, cools down and turns into tiny liquid water droplets in a process called condensation.
- Can you move over please?
- No, you move over!
- When clouds can't hold any more water vapor, they release it as precipitation. It comes in forms of sleet, snow, hail, (solid) and rain (liquid).
- I am falling!
- Raindy hits the ground and flows on to his pond during runoff.
- Almost.. there..
- Raindy and his friends collect up back at home in his beautiful pond in a process called accumulation. He thinks he is safe, but what he doesn't know is that the water cycle repeats and he will always change.
- Safe at last! You know, I am starting to feel warm. Not again!
