Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president of the United States, was born in Kentucky, but moved to Indiana when he was just seven years old.

Indiana makes more popcorn than any other state in the US. Perhaps that's because popcorn maker, Orville Redenbacher, is from Indiana!
Indiana has a city named Santa Claus. Several thousands of letters are mailed there each year around Christmas time.
