- Hello, everybody! My name is Ben Franklin. Today, I will be using Plymouth Rock, which is actually a secret time machine, to visit the year 2022 and see how advanced our society has become!
- Ahh! What is this horrible place? It looks and smells vile! Do my bifocals deceive me? Woe is me for inventing them! And curses to time travel!
- Hey, are you that Ben Franklin dude I was, like, forced to learn about in history class?
- What? You should be forced to learn about me! After all, I am a famous publisher, inventor, printer, author, statesman, and scientist. In fact, I even helped to draft AND signed the Declaration of Independence!
- Humph! I had to read your dumb For Rich Nerd's Almond Snack cookbooks full of, like, abhorrent recipes and I got an F on my test thanks to you!
- You mean my popular, fabulously successful, Poor Richard's Almanak 26-year-running, annual book series? It's chock full of aphorisms, or terse formulations of the truth, such as:“He that lies down with dogs shall rise up with fleas.
- Pat, hey Pat! OPEN UP! Like, NOW!
- Like, DID YOU JUST INSULT ME AND MY BAE?!
- *BUUURRRP*
- Er... as I wrote back in 1735, “Tis better to take many injuries than to give one.” However, on that note, I think it's past time to fire up ol' Plymouth and bid you both adieu!
