- 3. Hey that's not true! You haven't even tried to understand the concepts. Here are some tips to ease up on that false belief:- State the opposite.- Look for evidence that your statement may not be true.- Try to focus more in class.

- By choosing to open herself to an experience that changed her belief, Mia became a top 20 and improved her grade!
