- Hello Romeo Cohort. I am Dr. Linder. Welcome to week 2. Please look at the board as we discuss the course work

- First off, dont be overwhelmed. Just skim the material. We will discuss and learn using different engagement methods.
- So, to get things underway let's play. Everyone grab a toy and describe how it makes you feel.

- So as you can see higher education in the US had an interesting beginning

- Moving along, I would like you to discuss the topic of belonging and how it impacts the learning environment
- Not everyone can make it but you have to try to give them a chance to belong

- Every person is different and try to connect in spite of these differences

- Try really listen to your student
- We should try to understand and relate to there situation
