- Zac and his friend Mat are playing a game of basketball against each other and they both want to see how much they have improved since their last game.

- Zac is 24 feet away from the net and the next is 10 feet tall , Kyle wants to figure out at what angle does he need to shoot the ball so that it will go in

- Kyle decides to use the trigonometry that he learned in his physics lesson to solve this problem; he uses the equation tan-1(10/24) to get an answer of 22%, so he has to shoot the ball in a 22% angle.
