- Ava and Sarah had worked hard in selling their scout cookies to make money for charity.
- We sold so many of those cookies and earned over $500 for the Charity. But yesterday Ava told me that she had spent the money of a new watch.
- I could ask Ava to return the watch and we can give the money to charity. Or I could pretend that we didn't raise any money.
- Sarah was scared but she knew what to do.
- I know that this was the right thing to do and I'm glad that Ava agreed to return her watch and now the money can go to charity.
- On one hand, we could be able to help other people by donating the money to charity. But I also know that Ava has been waiting forever to get that new watch and I don't want her to hate me.

- I always want to be honest with everyone no matter what the consequences are. So I believe that getting the money back and returning it is the right thing to do.
