- Intellectual Properties are inventions, literary and art works, and symbols, names, and images used in commerce. The benefits of Intellectual Properties are that Researchers and inventors would have little incentive to continue producing better products and that consumers would have no means to confidently buy products or services without reliable, international trademark protection.
- Copyright grants authors, artists, and other creators protection for their literary and artistic creations. It is necessary because it keeps others from steal someone's work. It's role in everyday life is that it prevents someone's work from being taken
- A patent is an exclusive right granted for an invention. A patent provide an incentive to individuals by recognizing their creativity and offering the possibility of material reward for their marketable inventions
- Trademark is a distinctive sign that identifies certain goods or services produced or provided by an individual or a company. The trademarks that can be registered are a combination of words, letter, and numerals, may consist of drawings, symbols or 3D signs. Trademarks can be registered by applying with the appropriate national or regional trademark office. The application must contain a clear reproduction of the sign filed for registration. This protection is protected by almost every country.
