- I wanted to speak to you about a program our employees should take to learn how to have more compassion towards our customers. We can better in many other ways as well but this can be the start.
- I think that is a great idea! I'll speak to them about it and when will this program begin?
- Middle management is the middle position on the management hierarchy. They are responsible for major departments and may supervise other lower level managemers.

- Attention everyone! All employees are required to take a program to help us become better at what we do best around here!
- First-line management is at the bottom of the hierarchy but is just as necessary. They supervise rank-and-file employees and carry out day-to-day activities within departments.
