- I thought jokes were harmless.
- Not really when it comes to ridiculing or degrading someone else. We can actually measure gender violence with the “violentómetro”.
- We have to be careful with what we promote by not interfering when we see any sort of gender violence. We men are already privileged for being born a male, so let’s keep educating ourselves to provide our girl friends with a hand or two.
- Gender violence can also be seen through social constructs, in the music we listen to, even on the jokes we laugh about!

There has been a sentimental/trust relationship between the aggressor and the vitcim5. There were threats6. The victim was held with no communication7. The victim’s body is exposed in a public place

- What? There’s also an international men’s day and not because of it we’re excused to miss class
- And gender-violence refers to more than just feminiced, which by the way, are a completely different thing from a homicice
- While for a feminicide to be classified as one must have 7 characteristics established by the Mexican government
