- Gonna get in the movies an' have nice cloths-all them nice cloths like they wear.
- We gonna get out a here purty soon. This ain't no nice place.
- I Like to pet nice things with my fingers. Soft things.
- when im doin my hair sometimes i jus' set there and stroke it, because its so soft.
- You stop it, you'll mess it all up. You let go!
- Curley’s wife goes into the barn to be alone because she was stressed and then she finds Lennie They then start rambling about nonsense not listening to each other.
- George, George! Come here... George!
- Eventually they both begin to talk about how they like to pet nice things.
- We got to spread out.
- Lennie begins to pet Curley’s wife’s hair and he likes it so he pets harder, so then Curleys Wife starts yelling of fear. Then Lennie snaps her neck because he is really strong and is covering her mouth really hard.
- I can see it, George. I can see it!
- Ain't gonna be no trouble, no fights. Nobody ever gonna hurt no-body, or steal from 'em.
- Lennie then runs away scared that George will get mad at him and then Candy finds the body and the whole ranch then finds out Lennie killed Curley’s wife and they go to search and kill Lennie.
- The ranch heads then decide to split up to find Lennie so they can get revenge from killing Curleys Wife. While =George goes to find Lennie in the Brush where he told him to hide,
- He musta come this way. Them prints in the sand was aimed this way.
- Finally, George has to kill Lennie because he doesn’t want the other ranch heads to kill and torture him.
