- Hi Neha, heard you were unwell last week. How are you now?
- Ah! In Atos|Syntel, all leaves like Paid, Casual & Sick Leave are grouped into one single category called 'Comprehensive Earned Leave (CEL)
- What I like the most about CEL is that even if I do not avail leave they don't lapse and they are either carried forward or encashed
- We do not have Sick Leave here in Atos|Syntel, how did you manage taking off for medical reasons?
