- Can we afford it?

- I think so!
- Is this a waste of time?
- The HEROES Act has been passed!
- Filibustering on the senate floor:
- Lets send it to the floor!
- Can we actually afford it? Is this necessary? Is it really worth taking a vote?
- I feel it could really benefit the country!
- This could definitely benefit us!
- Bill passed by senate floor:
- HEROES Act
- PASSED!
- I agree! Lets send it to the house!
- It would be beneficial but do we have the time?
- Bill pigeonholed by house committee:

- Lets not discard it, just maybe put it aside?
