- I know it makes everything so much more easier to understand. And definitely makes the decision process less stressful

- Same, I never knew how my much it affected my goals, and never really knew how much the food I eat has a purpose to meet my physical needs.

- Yeah me too, and now I know where all my stress is coming from due to all the change going around in my life.

- Did you have any idea that peer pressure had impact on what we ate?
- No I had no clue my friends really had so much power over what I eat.
- Its so crazy to think that not everyone live the same lifestyle even if they are your family
- I for sure thought that at least my family and I would have the same lifestyle
- Wow Im so grateful that I took this class or I would have never know any of this. Its getting late I have to head home, see you tomorrow
