- Alice is a normal 13 year old teen girl, and one day something strange is going on with her stomach, she though that she might had a stomach ache.
- but the stomach ache keep on coming back to her everyday for a week, so she told her mother about how she feel.Following after a few days, she found out that she is bleeding.
- I was so hurt that I couldn't even focus at school and can't do anything to make it feel better
- Don't panic that's fine, that happens to every teen girls. Which is called Puberty.
- And so, she told her mother again about what happened, she was very worry.
- Puberty is the body change for every girls that are between age 8-age 14, Period will happen every month and we need to be prepared for that. During the time we all will feel stomach pain and feel emotional for no reasons. And all of those are normal.
- Also during the puberty for girls, your body will grow faster than usual.
- During this time, you will find yourself started growing hair under your armpit, and between your legs, and lastly getting pimples.
