- Iam here to answer any questions you may have regards to joining the union.
- The shop steward finds a few employees who have not yet been made part of a union.

- once the shop steward hands out the copies of the contract they will be available to answer any and all questions relatd to the union or joining one.
- my rights as a shop steward is to represent you as employees during grievance or disciplinary procedures if you request it . There are many things the union can do for employees like negotiating your issues.
- The shop steward needs to find out what issues that the employees may have with joining the union.
- The shop steward ensures that the employees feel safe and can address any issue they may have or answer any question they might have.
- The shop steward answers the question that is being asked by the employees for clarity and make sure everyone understand clearly.
