- Thankfully, Nannamma’s siblings came to stay with the family after a couple of days. This meant that Nanna didn’t have to spend as much time taking care of Papa and could instead focus more on his exam.

- After Nanna received his results, Nannamma visited his tutor to thank him for all his help. The tutor was surprised to hear that Nanna had so many things going on in his life leading up to the test.
- My husband was hospitalized... so he couldn't spend as much time studying.
- Srinath did very well! I was expecting a higher rank for Srinath, at least in the top 100...
- My son is so smart!!
- Wow... he always studied very well whenever he was here, I didn't even realize that there was something wrong.
- As I was talking to my grandma over the phone to find out more about this story, you could hear the pride in her voice as she praised my dad for everything that he accomplished. She was extremely proud of her family for sticking together and rising to the occasion during a tough time.
